Taking stock

July was actually a pretty productive month for me. Seeing as how it is coming down to the end of it, I figured I should take stock of everything that was accomplished to try and gauge what I have done and what I need to do. Yes, I am crazy when it comes to this stuff...

The List
Install flag pole out front
Fix garage window
Fix garage siding
Fix garage gutter
Prepare LLC Operating Agreement
Prepare Rental Application
Prepare New Lease Agreements
List Upstairs Apartment
File for LLC status with New York State
Fix closet door
Clean Attic
Clean Basement
Replace rear light fixture
Install outdoor motion sensor
Repaint front stairwell
Replace light fixture in front stairwell

And that is just one of my lists... Not too bad thus far and I still have a day to take care of the closet door and possibly file for the LLC...
